Location: Clearwater, Florida

Job Title: Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Description: Analyze business needs, research, architect and develop software solutions, applying AI, SOLID principles and the latest AI based Development Frameworks like LangChain. Create software design patterns using REST API based architecture and object oriented design methodologies and principles. Create data models for integration design with external systems using a Micro-services or similar architecture that is scalable and flexible for business changes. Create programs using the above design principles in Python, C# and write REST API services to be called upon by external systems. Develop distributed and scalable client/server systems; and scalable cross-platform APIs/web services. Create complex decision algorithms to create systems that can intelligently make decisions. Create front-end designs and software components in coordination with User Experience engineers and business users. Coordinate with the testing team to test systems thoroughly to ensure they meet business needs. Troubleshoot and coordinate with the rest of the technical team to fix identified issues. Lead the solutioning process for existing applications when the software has an outage and bring it back up in as little time as possible to ensure minimal service disruption for the customers. Manage and maintain various database systems and software tooling for API development. 

Education: The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. 

Experience: The position requires 3 years experience as Senior .NET Developer or Senior Software Developer and experience working with AI technologies. 

Special Skills: The position also requires 3 years experience with each of the following:

(1) Building high availability applications using LangChain, .NET framework on Microsoft Azure for boating and yachting industry;

(2) Architecting and coding using MVC, SOLID Principles and Microservices architecture;

(3) Integration with KORE and Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS) to feed real time data to Web Applications; 

(4) HubSpot including Workflows, building HubSpot Apps, third party API integrations and salesforce integrations;

(5) BoatWizard and Integrating using MATES format;

(6) Experience working with Snowflake, creating Python based models; and

(7) enhancing and troubleshooting legacy boating industry tools including Boat Show Manager, Trade-in Manager and Aimbase. 

Work Location: The work location is 2729 State Road 580, Suite B, Clearwater, FL 33761. Benefit of working remotely from home/telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is available for this position. Occasional travel (4 to 5 times per year, 10%) for team meetings, and meetings with the client located in Clearwater FL 33759.
